4. Purpose and operation of the site

viromo.eu is an informational and contact site. It presents Viromo’s activity — technical compliance and security audits for online stores and businesses — together with its white-label partnership offers for agencies and law firms.

The site works as follows:

  • No online sales or payment. The site does not offer products or services for direct purchase and processes no payment. Every engagement is the subject of a separate quote and agreement, arranged by email.
  • Static pages. The site is built as static pages, served through the host’s network. It creates no visitor account and requires no login to browse.
  • Contact form. A form lets you write to us. The data you enter (name, email, message) is used only to answer your request. Its processing is described in the privacy policy.
  • Cookieless analytics. Traffic is measured in an aggregated, anonymous way, with no cookie and no cross-site tracking (see the cookie policy).
  • Admin area. An /admin area, restricted to the publisher and protected by authentication, is used to manage content. It does not concern visitors.

5. What Viromo does

Viromo carries out technical audits of online stores and businesses across five areas: security, legal & GDPR compliance (technical side), search engine optimisation (SEO), performance, and user experience & accessibility.

The working method is as follows:

  • Read-only audit. The review is performed from the outside, based on the audited site’s public pages and responses. No back-office access is required and nothing is changed without consent.
  • Evidenced findings. Each point is backed by evidence (screenshot, excerpt, technical response) and tied to an applicable rule, standard or legal provision.
  • Clear report. Conclusions are delivered in a written report, ranked by priority.
  • Implementation on approval. Technical fixes only take place after written approval and within the chosen scope.
  • Legal boundary. Viromo provides technical, factual analysis. It gives no legal advice and drafts no legal acts: legal qualification, drafting and validation are the work of a qualified lawyer.

Viromo also acts as a white-label technical supplier for agencies and law firms, which present and bill the service under their own brand.

6. Intellectual property

All content on viromo.eu — text, graphics, logo, design, layout, structure and code — is protected by intellectual-property law and remains the exclusive property of the publisher unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, without the publisher’s prior written consent, is prohibited and would constitute infringement.

Any third-party trademarks, logos or product names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are cited for information only.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. The publisher has no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability or data practices. A link does not imply endorsement of its content.

8. Liability

The publisher takes care to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, without being able to guarantee that it is complete or entirely free of error. Content is provided for general information; it does not constitute individualised legal, technical or commercial advice and cannot engage the publisher’s liability.

The publisher strives to keep the site available but cannot be held responsible for temporary unavailability, interruption or malfunction, including for reasons of maintenance, force majeure or network issues.

10. Governing law

This notice is governed by the law applicable at the publisher’s place of establishment, without prejudice to the mandatory protective provisions you may benefit from under the law of your EU country of residence.
